Because each blend is a personal offering crafted with purity and prayers, we do not accept return as exchanges. Refunds are only applicable in cases of damaged, lost, or wrongly fulfilled orders.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method
If a refund is requested for a product already shipped, the item must be returned reused and unopened at the customer's expenses before processing (where applicable)

Cancellation may be made within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@ziabeautyfusion.com with your order number.
Once Processing has begun, orders cannot be cancellled.
